Refund Policy
CreditFixScore, LLC complies with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Florida Credit Service Organizations Act, and all other applicable federal and state laws.
3-Day Cancellation Right (Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your contract for any reason without penalty or obligation within 3 business days after signing.
- This is a federal right under CROA and is also protected under Florida law.
- To cancel, notify us in writing (email or mail) before midnight of the third business day.
- We will refund any payments received within 10 business days of receiving your cancellation notice.
Notice of Cancellation: “You may cancel this contract, without any penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day after the date on which you signed the contract.”
Ongoing Cancellation & Refund Policy
- You may cancel any time after the 3-day period through your dashboard or by emailing support@creditfixscore.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No pro-rated refunds for partial months unless required by law.
- You remain responsible for any outstanding balances.
- Once cancelled, we stop all future billing and dispute work. We may retain records as needed for legal compliance.
Money-Back Guarantee (If Offered)
We may offer a satisfaction or performance-based guarantee on select plans. Specific eligibility, conditions, and procedures will be clearly stated in your individual service agreement. We do not guarantee specific results (item removal or score improvement); outcomes depend on credit bureaus, creditors, and the accuracy of information.
Refunds for Billing Errors or Overcharges
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@creditfixscore.com.
- We will investigate and issue a refund (if warranted) within 10 business days.
- Recurring billing disputes should also be raised with your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
- Fees for services already fully performed (per CROA).
- Third-party fees (e.g., credit report pulls, if applicable).
- Amounts paid after the 3-day cancellation window, except where a specific guarantee applies or law requires otherwise.
How to Request a Refund
- Log into your dashboard and submit a cancellation/refund request, or
- Email support@creditfixscore.com with your full name, email, phone, and reason.
- Include a copy of your service agreement if applicable.
We respond to refund requests within 48 business hours and process approved refunds within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Important Legal Notices
- Results are not guaranteed. You have the right to dispute items on your credit report yourself at no cost directly with the credit bureaus.
- We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.
- This policy does not limit any rights you may have under federal or Florida consumer protection laws.
