- Account information: login credentials, dispute preferences, and communications with our team

- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, OS, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent, clickstream
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8)
- Inferred location from IP address (not precise geolocation unless you enable it)
Credit-specific data
We access and analyze your credit reports solely to identify inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items and prepare disputes on your behalf. We do not store full credit reports longer than necessary to provide our services. We do not collect biometric or health information.

We respond to verified requests within 45 days (extendable to 90 if needed). We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell), limit use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against. To exercise these rights, email privacy@creditfixscore.com. We verify identity using information matching our records.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and deliver personalized content. You can manage cookies through your browser. Disabling certain cookies may limit platform functionality. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals at this time.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.
10. Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Notice
