Leadership & Sales

Director of Sales — Regional

$140k–$185k base · OTE $200k–$300k+ Southeast / Northeast / Midwest / West Hybrid

We're hiring four regional Directors of Sales to lead growth across the United States.

Responsibilities: Build and lead a high-performing regional sales team, develop territory strategy, hit revenue targets, partner with marketing, and provide coaching and performance management.

Requirements: 5+ years of sales leadership (financial services or credit repair preferred), proven quota track record, strong consumer-finance knowledge, willingness to travel within region.

Sales Representatives — Nationwide

$55k–$75k base · OTE $90k–$160k+ Remote + Field Multiple openings

Open across Southeast, Northeast, Midwest, West, and Southwest.

Responsibilities: Prospect, qualify, and close new clients via phone, video, and in-person. Hit monthly targets and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements: 2+ years of sales experience; finance/credit background a plus; comfortable with CRM tools and remote selling.

Relationship Manager — Strategic Partnerships

$85k–$115k base · OTE $120k–$180k+ Remote

Focus: auto dealerships, mortgage lenders, and real estate brokers.

Responsibilities: Develop and nurture B2B partnerships, create referral and co-branded programs, serve as primary contact for partner accounts, drive joint marketing, and track ROI.

Requirements: 3+ years of B2B relationship management; experience in automotive, mortgage, or real estate strongly preferred.

Credit & Operations

Credit Analyst

$62k–$85k base + bonuses Remote Multiple openings

Responsibilities: Review client credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. Identify inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items, prepare and submit dispute documentation through our digital platform, and analyze outcomes.

Requirements: 2+ years of credit analysis or dispute experience; strong FCRA knowledge; analytical and detail-oriented.

Credit Strategist

$78k–$105k base + bonuses Remote

Responsibilities: Design customized, multi-round dispute strategies for complex client files. Research bureau and creditor policies and stay current on FCRA updates.

Requirements: 4+ years in credit repair, credit counseling, or consumer finance; proven ability to develop advanced dispute plans.

Credit Advisor

$48k–$68k base · OTE up to $80k+ Remote Multiple openings

Responsibilities: Serve as primary point of contact for clients, guide them through the digital dashboard, deliver education, and drive satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1–3 years of customer service or client advisory experience; familiarity with credit reports a plus; empathetic communicator.
